Reception to Y6
Bankwood Primary has adopted Sheffield’s policy for admissions and applications for places will be made in accordance with the ‘Coordinated Admission Arrangements’ which forms part of the Local Authority’s (LA) published admission arrangements. We have a PAN (published admissions number) of 60 children per year group.

2 year old nursery
Bankwood Primary offers free childcare for two year olds through our two year old provision. The government is currently funding childcare for 2 years olds for certain groups. For further details, or to check if you are eligible, visit the education section on www.sheffield.gov.uk. To place your child on our waiting list please ask at the main school office for a pupil admission form.
Nursery (3 and 4 year olds)
Our Nursery is a 30 place setting that offers 3 hour sessions both morning and afternoons and 2.5 days at either the beginning or end of the week. Pupils can access 15 hours under the FEL (Free Early Learning) Funding. We also offer 30 hour provision for eligible families. Admissions are handled through our Main Office.
